I purchased $349.93 of scoops on TikTok live over a month ago and never received them. They refused to give me a refund and/or communicate through TikTok, email or PayPal. At this point I don’t even want the crystals anymore, just give me my money back, I’ve worked really hard for it.

When I first saw I had an email from your company I was so happy because I believed that my repeated requests for a tracking number was finally answered. I was shocked to see it was actually not the info I requested but a request from you for a review.
First of all your email that I received on June 4 2025 claims you fulfilled my order 14 days ago. That's very odd because my last order with you was placed on may 7th 2025. 27 days ago not 14. Approximately 20 days after I received the confirmation email about my order. I reached out to the hostess that I made the purchase with. She told me that the terrfs caused a 25 day delay and assured me that everything was back to normal. When I asked her for the tracking number she said LH2620. When I discovered she had given me my order number not my tracking numberi again requested tracking number she never responded. I have attempted to get my tracking number from you using every link or form of communication i could find for your company. To date this request for a review is the only communication I have received from your company. My confirmation email said I would receive another email with my tracking information when you shipped my order. I have never received that email. On your website I finally did see a tracking number I checked with SFexpress because that was the shipping company the hostess said my order was shipped with and they had no record of that tracking number. I went back to your website and clicked on the tracking number and ups website opened. Ups has no record of the tracking number. I do not believe my order was ever shipped. The fact that your company is unwilling or unable to provide tracking, you have refused to even acknowledge that there is obviously a problem with my order and just the fact that every single attempt I have made at communication have been ignored I have no choice but accept that you took$ 99.96 and have no intention of making it right, replacing my order or even refunding my money. I was a repeat customer of yours. I have spent hundreds of dollars with you. But experiencing the gross lack of customer service and the fact that I feel like you scammed me. I will never order from you again. There are tons of other crystal sellers out there to now get my business. Thank you for your request for an authorized buyer review from me. Every potential shopper who decides to go with another seller because of what I've experienced with your company will put a smile on my face.
Ps you only allowed 5 photos so I took screenshot of the direct messages between myself and the hostess. But I have proof of all the emails, chats, DMs, and screenshot from the shipping companies that had no records of my order.
